This page explains how to report copyright concerns relating to content published on https://serenecurve.com/ under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable copyright laws.

Content Published on SereneCurve

SereneCurve publishes fashion articles, plus-size outfit guides, capsule wardrobe ideas, styling advice, graphics, and other visual content.

Images and content appearing on SereneCurve may include:

  • Original content owned by SereneCurve
  • Properly licensed stock images
  • Images used with permission
  • Brand or retailer images
  • Images used with appropriate attribution
  • AI-assisted or AI-generated illustrative visuals
  • Material used where permitted by applicable law

We make reasonable efforts to respect copyright ownership and provide attribution where required.

If material has been used unintentionally without proper authorization or attribution, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed and resolved promptly.

Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that content available on SereneCurve infringes copyright that you own or are authorized to represent, send a written DMCA notice to:

Email: contact@serenecurve.com

Your notice should include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If your notice covers multiple works, you may provide a representative list.
  2. The exact URL or clear location of the allegedly infringing material on SereneCurve.
  3. A description of the material that is detailed enough for us to locate and identify it.
  4. Your full legal name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  7. Your physical or electronic signature. A typed full legal name may be accepted as an electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our ability to investigate or respond.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After receiving a complete copyright notice, SereneCurve will review the claim and may:

  • Request additional information
  • Remove or disable access to the disputed material
  • Contact the person who provided or published the material
  • Add or correct attribution where appropriate
  • Reject notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or legally invalid
  • Restore material if a valid counter-notice is received

We aim to review valid notices promptly and, where appropriate, take initial action within approximately 72 hours. Complex claims may require additional time.

Submitting a notice does not automatically guarantee removal. Each claim will be reviewed based on the information provided and applicable law.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to:

Email: contact@serenecurve.com

Your counter-notification should include:

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
  3. The URL or location where the material appeared before it was removed.
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court as required under the DMCA and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright notice or their authorized agent.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the person who submitted the original complaint.

The disputed material may be restored within the period allowed by applicable law unless the original complainant informs us that legal action has been filed seeking a court order to prevent restoration.

Images and Attribution Requests

If you are a photographer, illustrator, designer, brand, retailer, or image owner and believe your work appears on SereneCurve without proper permission or attribution, please contact us.

Include:

  • The URL of the SereneCurve page
  • A link to or description of the image
  • Evidence that you own or represent the work
  • The action you are requesting, such as removal or corrected attribution

We will review the matter and may remove the image, replace it, or update its attribution where appropriate.

Good-Faith Notices

Please submit copyright notices only when you genuinely believe that infringement has occurred.

Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal liability, including responsibility for damages, costs, and legal fees.

Before filing a notice, consider whether the disputed use may be permitted by a licence, permission, fair use, fair dealing, public-domain status, or another exception under applicable law.

Repeat Infringement

Where appropriate, SereneCurve may restrict or terminate access for contributors or users who repeatedly submit infringing material.

We may also remove content from repeat infringers and take other reasonable steps to prevent further violations.
